Support Our Bark and Bowl Team to Benefit Canine Cancer Research
For the past 6 years, Pleasant Hills Pet Hospital has participated in the National Canine Cancer Foundation's Bark and Bowl event to help raise funds to find a cure for canine cancer.
We've named our team "Gyro's Gems" in support of Dr. Mihalic's dog Gyro, who was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. After 6 months of chemotherapy, Gyro's cancer remained in remission for nearly two years. Sadly, Gyro lost his battle with cancer in March 2015. Let's walk in his honor and find a cure!
Bark and Bowl will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 7-10pm at AMF Noble Manor Lanes at 2440 Noblestown Road in Pittsburgh.
We've Updated Our Lyme Vaccine
To better protect your dog against Lyme disease, we are now carrying the newest, most comprehensive vaccine called Vanguard crLyme.
This vaccine is unlike any other on the market, which is why any dog that has been vaccinated against Lyme disease previously will require an additional booster vaccine.
Please call us today at (412) 655-8710 to schedule your dog's vaccination and ensure your pet gets the best protection available.
